i am now on holiday.

the past weekend i went to arniston and went on an adventure with leroy and noah my beloved cameras.
it was exciting!
i got myself in to some seriously tight situations, but survived.
waded through knee deep rough waters in search of a cave.
in a cave surrounded by the sea with the tide rising
and no way out other than to climb some sharp rock faces.
doing all this barefoot.
extreme.
it was a great experience.

so almost everyday i have a healthy, energy filled smoothie to keep me going for the whole day.
its really good.
if you can you should try it.

ingredients:
1 banana
1 apple
some paw paw
strawberry yogurt or preferably ice-cream*
nuts (i have an almond tree. lucky me)
honey (if you like it sweet)
and orange juice

blend and enjoy.

stay healthy.

can i say fun? spontaneous escapades are always better than great! they fantastic!
instead of rotting away in front of a death box you get to really freshen your lungs.
we went west ! defiantly had a little bit some fun harbouring our sponge skills whilst appreicating the visual stimuli that presented itself along the way... this was a while back .
